Texim bank

Texim Bank AD was founded on the 4th of September 1992, making it the oldest operating private bank in Bulgaria. Today, the bank offers a wide array of services for private, retail, corporate clients. Following a restructuring and rebranding in 2011, the bank was listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. By the end of 2017, the Naydenov family sold most of its shares in the bank, retaining a small minority interest.

Texim Holding AD is a direct result of the continued work on the legacy of Texim and Georgi Naydenov, resulting from the branch of the Naydenov family belonging to Pavlina Naydenova.
