TEXIM BANK

Texim Bank was founded on the 4th of September 1992, making it the oldest operating private bank in Bulgaria which exists to this day. Today the bank offers a wide array of services for private, retail, corporate clients. Following a restructuring and rebranding in 2011, the bank was listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. By the end of 2017, the Naydenov family sold most of its shares in the bank, retaining a small minority interest.
